Commercial Ground Care Maintenance

Commercial Maintenance

We offer commercial ground care maintenance around East Anglia, including Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridge and London. We have established contracts in the towns of Ipswich, Colchester, Harwich, Witham, Basildon, Manningtree, Papworth and in the city of London.

Some of our existing and past clients are blue chip companies as well as large companies like ICI, Securicor, Jones Lang LaSalle, Anglian Water, DHL, Customs and Excise, British Standard Institute, Viridor Waste Management, Petrolchem Carless and The Public Prosecution service to name a few very recognisable names.

We offer our services on a one off visit or on a routine maintenance visit programme. We have often been called in to do one off clearance operations, to get premises or land back to a presentable state from overgrown bushes to grass fields that have been left to their own devices for many years.

One of our larger contracts we were awarded was from Viridor Waste Management to get some of their landfill sites in Suffolk and Essex back to a state where you could actually see the trees that were planted and the grass underneath them as well as getting on top of the vast overgrown grass areas. We undertook this work as a one off contract.

Even before we had completed the work, as we had impressed the management with our speed, efficiency and knowledge, we were awarded a continuous maintenance contract to keep the complete sites in check including grass cutting, pruning and tree clearance.

We have also looked after all the amenity sites in Suffolk for many years. Being an approved contractor for Suffolk County Council we have also carried out clearance contracts of cutting back overgrown trees and bushes to keeping visibility displays on entrances of sites cut back with grass cut on a regular maintenance basis.

We have also looked after many trading estates with full ground maintenance care including cutting hedges, grass and litter picking.

Our company usually finds that once we have been awarded a contract that it leads to many years of continued work, and we do genuinely believe that this is because we come from an era of what we call ‘old school’. This includes discussing all work that needs to be under taken and even making suggestions if there are better or simpler ways to carry out the task, even if it means us losing out on extra work. Also carrying out this work without cutting corners and the mentality of ‘that’s near enough’, does not exist as far as our company is concerned.
